"No Hand King"

If you live or hang out in downtown raleigh (or i have even seen him around crabtree) and seen Rodney Hines riding his bike around downtown doing no-hands wheelies, then you’ve seen the almighty No-Hand King. The guy rules and he does all of this to draw attention for the troops. His goals include setting a Guinness World Record for the longest no-hand wheelie, and to ride across America with no-hands.
